Patriot Property Services was founded by Zackery Michalek who was raised around the construction and service industry. Licensed for many years solely as a South Carolina Home inspector, he studied building and issues in the Grand Strand areas. Providing insight to many flaws due to the outdated regulations and governing systems of the days of old South Carolina, he started a small home repair business. Due to the growing demand of homeowners in the area, providing quick and reliable service helped the business expand and grow. Patriot Property Services combines old-school work ethic, with modern day technologies. One of the key components to Patriot Property Services is the constant emphasis on education and certification. We currently hold state and federal licensing for home inspections, construction, plumbing, hvac, electrical, mold remediation, environmental proffessional, lead, asbestos, and biohazard. We work hand in hand with homeowners, business owners, and insurance companies to provide reliable and responsive quality work.
